Mr. Arvind Kumar
Founder & CEO
Mr. Arvind Kumar is a first-generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind the Manage Group of Companies. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he established the company in 1998 and has since been steering it towards growth and innovation. A law graduate with a Master’s degree in Science, he is known for his ability to take bold decisions while balancing the needs of business and people. His strong work ethic, visionary leadership, and positive outlook continue to inspire the entire organization.
Ms. Shalini Verma
Director
Ms. Shalini Verma oversees the company’s strategic operations and administration, contributing her expertise in management and social responsibility. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, she brings a unique perspective in shaping the company’s culture and long-term strategy. A law graduate with Master’s degrees in Education and English Literature, she also serves as the Chairperson of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, actively driving initiatives that reflect the company’s values and commitment to society.
